Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about the PI Program, lab testing, and the client dashboard.

PI Program

The PI Program is for families of children with Autism, ADHD, or developmental differences who feel that something important is still being missed — despite already having educational or therapeutic support in place. It's also for families who want to start with a thorough, whole-child understanding from the outset. If you find yourself asking 'why' more than 'what next', this program was built for you.

Yes — in addition to our specialized focus on children, we commonly work with their parents too. In some cases, parents may have diagnosed conditions or simply want to take a more proactive approach to their own health. We also work with couples planning to conceive, and with pregnant and breastfeeding women, where nutrition and lifestyle support play a particularly important role.

The PI Program helps parents make sense of what they are seeing in their child — in behavior, learning, sleep, or emotional regulation — and understand what may be driving these difficulties. We draw on research into the connections between biology, environment, and behavior, applied thoughtfully and individually to each child.

Families often begin to notice real, meaningful changes in their child's daily life — in how they sleep, regulate their emotions, engage with others, or manage daily demands. With the deeper understanding that comes from the program, parents feel less confused and overwhelmed, and have a clearer sense of what to focus on.

The program is individualized and does not have a fixed length. Most families work with us for 6 to 12 months, depending on their child's needs. You can cancel your membership at any time.

Each family receives a significant amount of individualized preparation, interpretation, and planning — before consultations and throughout the weekly support process. We understand that cost is an important consideration, and we want families to know that our fee reflects an uncommon amount of dedicated time spent specifically on their child — going well beyond standard approaches.

Laboratory Testing

Lab testing is required once, at the start of the program. In most cases we recommend a second round after six months — by that point we have a meaningful baseline to compare against, and the data gives us the clearest possible picture of how your child has been responding.

No. These tests do not require blood collection or a visit to your doctor. Samples are collected at home using the test kit — most frequently urine and stool, and in some cases saliva — and returned to the laboratory according to the provided instructions.

Your lab test kit will be shipped directly to your home and should arrive within approximately three weeks after the order is completed.

Once your kit arrives, you'll collect the required samples and send them directly back to the laboratory. Clear step-by-step instructions and all necessary materials are included, and we're available to guide you through the process if any questions arise.

Once your results are in, your therapist will carefully examine and interpret them in preparation for your next consultation. During that session, the results will be thoroughly explained in plain, practical terms — and from there, your therapist will work with you to develop clear, forward-thinking next steps tailored specifically to your child.

Client Dashboard

Yes — the client dashboard is the central hub of the program, and it's designed for use on a computer. It's where you'll store forms and documents, find your support plan, book consultations, and communicate with your therapist. A smartphone alone won't give you access to everything the program offers.

As soon as you complete your registration form, you'll receive immediate access to your private client dashboard. From there, clear instructions will guide you through everything you need to do to prepare for your first consultation — at your own pace and in your own time.

Booking is simple and flexible. From your dashboard you can browse available dates and times and reserve your consultation whenever it suits your schedule. You'll also receive reminders so nothing gets missed.

Yes — your dashboard includes a secure private messenger where you can communicate directly with your therapist between consultations. You're encouraged to send weekly updates, observations, or questions. Your therapist will respond within two working days, Monday through Friday.

Progress is reviewed together during each monthly consultation, using visual graphs that track changes over time, making patterns visible that might otherwise be easy to miss. Our progress tracking approach helps ensure that the support plan is always moving in the right direction for your child.
